Can I shop at Accent Pieces using an international credit card?

Of course! You can use international Visa, Master Debit/Credit cards while.

Do you offer payment on delivery options (Cash / Card)?

70% advances have to made in advance to book and make your order and balance 30% can be made with transportation charges at the time of delivery.

We currently do not provide any 100% payment option at the time of delivery as our products are bespoke and customized.

What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card Accent Pieces website?

Absolutely. Shopping with Accent Pieces by RDC is completely safe. Transactions with Accent Pieces are via the payment gateway CyberSource, which is PCI DSS Compliant.

Does www.AccentPiecesbyRDC.com stores my card information?

www.AccentPiecesbyRDC.com does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized by CyberSource and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard directly without any information passing through us. However, we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over the phone or email?

The Accent Pieces team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

Never press the browser back button or refresh button when the transaction is still currently being done.

How will transactions on Accent Pieces by RDC appear on my credit card statement?

All transactions on www.AccentPiecesbyRDC.com will be under the heading of "AccentPiecesbyRDC.com" on your Credit Card statement / Bank Statement as in case of Debit card?

What should I do if a transaction fails?

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

  1. Your card is activated to perform transaction over the internet.
  2. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  3. Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
